We are looking for skilled, well-trained and highly motivated programmers. We are based in Denmark and Latvia, and mastering written and oral English is necessary because we work internationally. All documentation must be in English. Experienced as well as recently graduated people can apply. We offer interesting software development jobs working on the cutting edge of technology. Position 4 - Java programmer (beginner)

You must be highly motivated, well-trained and experienced with Java. You are mastering written and oral English above intermediate level.

• Probably age 22 - 26
• University level of Computer science (or similar)
• +2 years in object oriented design and architecture with Java as speciality
• Good knowledge of designing UI in Swing
• Experience using Eclipse (or other IDE)
• Good knowledge of web apps under Java (servlet, J2EE, JSP, XML, ..)
• Knowledge of many Open Source tools and frameworks
• Good knowledge of database technologies ( JDBC, SQL, ..)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix
• ... and all other new or old things that you can contribute

Position 3 - Java programmer (experienced)

You must be highly motivated, well-trained and expert level in Java. You must be able to work concentrated with focus on the details and be able to deliver quality work on time. You are mastering written and oral English above intermediate level.

• Probably age 23 - 35
• University level of Computer science (or similar)
• +3 years in object oriented design and architecture
• +3 years Java
• +2 years of designing UI in Swing or
  
• +2 year developing web apps under Java (eg. servlet, JSP/JSF, xhtml, css, struts, wicket, velocity, spring and other OSS frameworks)
• Good working knowledge of many Open Source tools and frameworks
• Able to implement software according to specifications and standards
• Good knowledge of interprocess communication (CORBA/RMI, Socket, Messages, SOAP,  ...)
• Good knowledge of database technologies (DBA, JDBC, SQL, Persistance frameworks (Hibernate,..), ..)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Linux/Unix
• ... and all other new or old things that you can contribute

Position 2 - C++ programmer (experienced)

You must be highly motivated, well-trained and expert level in C++. You must be able to work concentrated with focus on the details and be able to deliver quality work on time. You are mastering written and oral English above intermediate level.

• Probably age 24 - 35
• University level of Computer science (or similar)
• +2 years in object oriented design and architecture
• +3 years C/C++ (MS-Windows and Linux/Unix)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft libraries and Linux/unix (gcc, make, ..)
• Able to make code that can compile on Microsoft and Linux platforms
• Good knowledge of lowlevel communication protocols (drivers, sockets, asynchronous communication,..)
• Used to work on hardware close software
• Able to implement software according to specifications and standards
• Good knowledge of interprocess communication (CORBA/RMI, Socket, Messages,  ...)
• Advantage to know SNMP
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix
• ... and all other new or old things that you can contribute

Position 1 - Technical lead

You must be a "playing coach" and the driving force and able to lead a small team of developers. You must be able to control all details in a project at the same time as managing several projects simultaneously. You are mastering written and oral English to perfection, and used to document everything in English.

• Probably age 28 - 35
• University level of Computer science (or similar)
• +5 years in object oriented design and architecture
• +3 years Java
• +3 years C++ (MS-Windows and/or Linux/Unix)
• Good knowledge of interprocess communication (CORBA/RMI, Socket, Messages, SOAP,  ...)
• Good knowledge of database technologies (DBA, JDBC, SQL, Persistance frameworks (Hibernate,..), ..)
• Advantage to know SNMP
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix
• ... and all other new or old things that you can contribute
